2、 Technical Description of Biopharmaceutical Pure Water

This pharmaceutical pure water equipment system adopts fully automatic control, and the main electrical components are made of Zhejiang Chint. The SUS304 stainless steel chassis is used, which is standardized, beautiful, and of high grade (please refer to our equipment diagram or visit the actual product for specific details)

The following are specific details:
1. Automatic control system

(1) The entire control system adopts fully automatic control and requires two control modes: manual and automatic.
(2) The electrical components are made of Zhejiang Chint, and all wiring terminals need to be labeled with wire numbers using imported coding machines. All electrical components should be labeled with names and numbers.
(3) The circuit control box is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the panel identification adopts corrosion printing technology. The panel thickness is greater than 2mm;
(4) The pressure gauge panel is also made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, which is beautiful and textured.

2. The preprocessing also adopts fully automatic control, and the entire system has a large degree of presentation, reducing dependence on people and making the operation simple and easy at a glance; The filter material adopts coconut shell activated carbon, which has better suction and respiration performance and extends the service life of the RO membrane;
3. The system adopts a fully stainless steel configuration and an integrated design, with a small footprint and a beautiful appearance;
4. Equipped with mirror stainless steel raw water tank, intermediate water tank, and purified water tank, the purified water tank is equipped with pressure digital electronic level gauge air breathing device and rotary cleaning device;
5. All pipeline configurations are strictly designed using Pore software in accordance with pharmacopoeia and industry standards to ensure no dead corners. The pipeline welding adopts double-sided forming welding and passivation treatment, with no internal welds or welding slag, to ensure long-term stable water quality. Considering the convenience of maintenance and testing, many metallographic designs have been made, such as easy replacement of damaged valve accessories and equipped with dedicated sampling valves for easy sampling.
6. In order to ensure water quality and pass certification smoothly to a large extent, pH adjustment and detection devices are also designed; We have also designed a return water monitoring and control system for internal inspection.
